Data deletion requests
Toutera respects your privacy. If you used Facebook Login or another sign-in method with your Toutera customer account, you can request deletion of personal information associated with that account.
How to request deletion
- Email toutera.support@gmail.com with the subject Data deletion request.
- Include the email address you used for your Toutera account so we can identify your request. Do not send a password or verification code.
We will verify your identity, review the data associated with your account, and delete or anonymize information that we can lawfully remove. We will reply to confirm the outcome or explain any information that must be retained, such as order records required for legal, accounting, or dispute purposes.
You can also remove Toutera's access from your Facebook account settings under Apps and Websites. Removing app access does not by itself delete records of orders placed with Toutera.
