We aim to describe products, options, availability and prices accurately. Please check the product details and your delivery information before placing an order. Product-specific warranty coverage is shown on the product page. We may contact you if an item is unavailable or an order needs correction; we will not substitute a product or charge a higher total without your agreement.

Prices and order totals are in USD. Payment is cash on delivery. Delivery fees and timelines are described in our Shipping and Delivery Policy. Where a delivery fee changes, we will seek your agreement before dispatch; you can decline and cancel without charge.

You may request cancellation before dispatch through your account, where available, or by contacting us. A website cancellation request is not complete until Toutera confirms it. After dispatch, contact us and we will review what is possible with the courier. Returns, defective items, warranties and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy and applicable law.

Customer accounts are optional for shopping. If you create one, keep your sign-in details secure and provide accurate information. Marketing emails require a separate opt-in. Store text, graphics and branding belong to Toutera or their respective owners and may not be reused without permission. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. Lebanese law applies, subject to mandatory consumer protections. We may update these terms prospectively by posting a revised version on the site.
