Shipping policy

We deliver throughout Lebanon. The standard delivery charge is USD $5. A different fee may apply to some areas. If your order requires a higher fee, we will give you the exact revised total and ask for your express agreement before dispatch. If you do not agree, you can cancel without charge. No additional delivery fee will be collected without your agreement.

We accept cash on delivery. Store prices and order totals are shown in USD. If you wish to pay the courier in Lebanese pounds, ask the courier first; availability and the exchange rate must be confirmed with the courier before payment. Do not assume an LBP rate from the website's USD prices.

Estimated delivery timing: Usually 2–7 business days after order confirmation. Actual timing varies by area and availability. We will confirm the expected timing after you place an order and contact you about material delays. If we cannot fulfill your order on the confirmed terms, you may cancel before dispatch without charge.
